Sar data appended to previous month's file
Issue

In some instances, sar appends data to the month previous to the current month. Most commonly this occurs during the February to March time period. It is typically characterised by looking for:
- Two days of data in sar files
- Data from the current month stored as the previous month's last day

Sar report file shows incorrect month.
