Fabric8 cannot distinguish between version X.1, version X.10, and version 0X.1

Issue

Fabric8 Karaf commands like version-create and version-delete behave unexpectedly when the version name can be interpreted as a decimal number. As decimal numbers, the character sequences '1.1', '1.10', and '01.1' are identical, and will refer to the configuration version whose name is '1.1'. This can lead to an incorrect version being edited or assigned.
