RHEL5.5 system will not reboot after kdump captures vmcore on Express5800/120Bb-6
Issue
- kdump captures vmcore, but then does not reboot
- LED lamp of the machine changes to the orange.
- SEL information is displayed abnormaly as "PCI System Error"
- Works normally in RHEL5.4
