RHEL7.3: System panic when booted with more than 9TB of RAM
Issue
- We could not boot a RHEL7.3 kernel on 12TB memory system due to a kernel panic. The kernel could be booted up with 9TB memory.
- While the boot sequence, kernel reports vmalloc allocation failure and it shows Mem-Info.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7.3
- more than 9TB of RAM
