Error when resolving snapshot artifacts from fabric-upload maven repository
Issue
In a fabric environment, when applying profile to a child container, provisioning status fails with error when resolving snapshot artifacts though the repository configured in default profile with pid io.fabric8.agent/org.ops4j.pax.url.defaultRepositories.
