Neither fabric:join nor fabric:container-create-ssh work when Fabric is configured for external git repository
Issue
We created our fabric using fabric:create --external-git-url ... to point to an external git repository.
While the Fabric got created successfully, further commands like fabric:join and fabric:container-create-ssh fail in the sense that these new Fabric containers never reach a provision status of success although they show up as connected.
Their provision status remains unset in fabric:container-list output:
JBossFuse:karaf@root> container-list
[id] [version] [type] [connected] [profiles] [provision status]
root* 1.0 karaf yes fabric success
fabric-ensemble-0000-1
root2 1.0 karaf yes fabric
Further, the log of the joined as well as the ssh container also contain these warnings:
WARN | admin-1-thread-1 | FabricConfigAdminBridge | 71 - io.fabric8.fabric-configadmin - 1.2.0.redhat-621169 | No profile data yet so cannot update!
WARN | lixDispatchQueue | patch-management | 1 - io.fabric8.patch.patch-management - 1.2.0.redhat-621169 | Can't find baseline distribution in patches dir or inside system repository.
Environment
- JBoss Fuse 6.2.1 R5
