After upgrading to RHEV 3.6 VMs migration failed with "No CPU profile exist"

Issue

Migration of VMs after after upgrading environment RHEV 3.4 >> 3.6. fails with error "No CPU profile exist".
engine.log contain related error message

2017-01-03 21:30:36,716 WARN  [org.ovirt.engine.core.bll.MigrateVmCommand] (ajp-/127.0.0.1:8702-7) [12fa73cb] CanDoAction of action 'MigrateVm' failed for user Reasons: VAR__ACTION__MIGRATE,VAR__TYPE__VM,ACTION_TYPE_CPU_PROFILE_EMPTY

Cluster is having compatibility version 3.5 and for that CPU profile is also created KCS
Migrate VMs is possible only with admin@internal user or if a host is set to maintenance mode.

  • Red Hat Virtualization (RHV) 4.0
