Why do I receive "HTTP Status Code: 402" when I attempt to register a system to Red Hat Insights?
Issue
When attempting to register a system to Red Hat Insights with the --verbose option enabled, the following error message is returned:
POST System status: 402
ERROR: Upload failed!

HTTP Status Text: Payment Required
