Why RHEV data center/storage is inactive even though the storage is accessible from the hypervisor
Issue
- iscsi storage domain become inactive even though the storage domain volume group is accessible from the hypervisor
- LVM information is intact for the storage domain.
- Connecting the
storage poolis getting timed out from the manager. vdsmstorage commands are taking about 1-2 minutes each to complete.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.x
- Host configured as LDAP client.
