ImageStreamTags do not properly resolve Digest(sha256) from Docker distribution v2.4.0
Issue
- When running the 'docker pull' command from the internal Docker Registry, the SSL proxy version will return incorrect sha256 digest and the 'docker pull' fails.
- However, the issue does not appear on non-SSL proxy configured Docker Registry.
