Nehalem-EX based systems use clustered APIC mode when they should use physical flat APIC mode.

Environment

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4 with RHSA-2009-1670-1 (the minimum requirement for Nehalem-EX processors / Boboro-EX platform) or later and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.5 GA
