clustered lvm resource fails after lazy unmount

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

  • Clustered lvm (clvm variant) fails to recover after a lazy unmount (umount -l) of the corresponding filesystem while that filesystem is active, even though self_fence is enabled.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 5 (with the Resilient Storage Add On)
  • lvm resource specifying both lv_name and vg_name with self_fence enabled.
