On Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4, bondX can not be started when using the bnx2 driver with arp_ip_target options

When executing "service network restart" BondX fails to start

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 update 4
- bnx2 latest driver.
- Nortel IBM (IBM-blade center): "BNT Layer 2/3 Copper Gigabit Ethernet Switch Module for IBM BladeCenter"
