Which repository are JBoss Fuse 6.3 artifacts located in?

Issue

I am following the procedure outlined in the section "APPENDIX C. GENERATING A CUSTOM ASSEMBLY OR AN OFFLINE REPOSITORY" of the "RedHat JBoss Fuse 6.3 Installation on Karaf" guide.

However, when I tried to build with maven, I got the following error:

The POM for org.apache.karaf.tooling:features-maven-plugin:jar:2.4.0.redhat-630187 is missing, no dependency information available.

Failed to read artifact descriptor for org.apache.karaf.tooling:features-maven-plugin:jar:2.4.0.redhat-630187: Failure to find org.apache.karaf.tooling:features-maven-plugin:pom:2.4.0.redhat-630187.

I have tried looking for that artifact but can't find it. Which reposirory is that located in?
