How to reclaim space when a disk is removed from a block storage domain

Issue

Deleted disk in RHV-M does not reclaim the space. On the SAN side it's possible to see the usage growing on the volume.

Environment

  • Red Hat Virtualization (RHV) 4.0, 4.1
  • Thin-provisioned SAN storage only
