RHEV: Why does pressing "Manual Fence" not actually fence the host?
Issue
In the RHEV-Manager GUI, on the Hosts tab, there is a button called Manual Fence. When clicking it, the user expects to send a fence command to the host, however the host does not receive any fence command.
