Is there a fix for CVE-2008-6123 in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 and 5?

Issue

RHSA-2009:0295 provides a fix for net-snmp in Red Hat Enteprise Linux 3, but customers are unable to find any similar fixes for the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 and 5 versions of
net-snmp.  According the the description, the vulnerability applies to versions 5.0.9 through 5.4.2.1 of net-snmp and the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 and 5 versions
of the RPM appear to be within this range.
