JBEDS Native query property giving "ORA-00907: missing right parenthesis" error

Issue

  • After enabling Manage Model Extension, I'm setting the "Native-query" property for a simple TRUNC function to Oracle. At runtime I'm receiving the below Oracle error, JBEDS seems to be sending invalid SQL to Oracle.
SELECT * FROM "EII_CACHE"."MV_JOB_CONTROL"
org.teiid.jdbc.TeiidSQLException: Error Code:907 Message:Remote org.teiid.core.TeiidProcessingException: Error Code:907 Message:EII_CACHE: Error Code:907 Message:'ORA-00907: missing right parenthesis'
