Unable to isolate jaxb-impl.jar in Spring Framework ear deployment in JBoss EAP

Issue

• I have an application that has its own version of jaxb-impl in the WEB-INF/lib directory of the war file. The war is contained within an ear file for deployment. No matter what I've tried, it seems that JBoss is always using it's own version of jaxb-impl. I've tried classloader isolation in the jboss-web.xml & jboss-app.xml, adding jboss-classloader.xml to the war or ear or both, but with no success.
