Aviary getJobStatus returns "Unknown local job id" on newly completed job in MRG 2.2.
Issue
- Querying getJobStatus on a newly completed job returns NO_MATCH and "Unknown local job id".
- Job is not yet recorded in /var/lib/condor/spool/history file.
