"Read-only file system" reported by python during host registration of RHEV-H 6.3

Issue

The following error messages were reported repetitively on the hypervisor's console during host registration after having upgraded to a 6.3 version of the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Hypervisor;

  File "/usr/lib64/python2.6/logging/__init__.py", line 800, in emit
  File "/usr/lib64/python2.6/logging/__init__.py", line 762, in flush
IOError: [Errno 30] Read-only file system

The customer indicated that this happened when they logged in to the Hypervisor as 'admin' and used the arrow keys to manoeuvre through the menu options.
