Apache httpd with SSLPassPhraseDialog script cannot start
Issue
Apache httpd is unable to start when a script for the SSLPassPhraseDialog configuration option has been configured:
SSLPassPhraseDialog exec:/etc/httpd/bin/keyfile.sh
Environment
Red Hat Enterprise Linux, any version
httpd with mod_ssl
SELinux in enforcing mode
