Issue

• Setup: single server running jBoss Fuse 6.2.1 patch 2. One root node with a number of child containers (also attempted with an SSH container). SNAPSHOT profiles are built by a separate Jenkins server and published in a Nexus repository. Importing these profiles is always successful, attempting to assign profiles to a child container (or on a restart of a container) often hangs with the provisioning status at "downloading (n pending)". Other times the same assignment will succeed or the container will start without an issue. It has not been possible to produce a guaranteed set of steps despite days of attempting to resolve this problem.
