Can Director Deploy & Scale NFV and non-NFV Based Host Aggregates in an Overcloud?

Issue

We would like to leverage Director to deploy multiple host aggregates in which one host aggregate would have compute nodes configured for NFV type workloads and then the other host aggregate would have compute nodes configured for non-NFV workloads. Further, the customer would like the elasticity within Director to switch a compute nodes host aggregate designation and reconfigure the compute accordingly.
