content view filter does not use 'Default' organization and location in hammer
Issue
When creating the content view filter using hammer, it does not read the default organization and location from the defaults.yml file.
When running the command:
hammer content-view filter create --name "april_release" --type erratum --inclusion true --content-view CV_XYZ
We receive the error
Could not create the filter:
Error: At least one of options --organization-id, --organization, --organization-label is required
See: 'hammer content-view filter create --help'
This is despite having a default organization and default location set. All the other hammer commands except the content-view filter and content-view filter rule commands seem to honour the default organization and location.
