Issue

Java heap size shrinking even though -Xms and -Xmx are set same heap size.
Garbage collection log showed that Java heap size became shrinking little by little from 1024m, even though both -Xms and -Xmx were same size 1024MB. Is this right behaviour or Java VM bug?
