Issue

How to upgrade to the latest kernel module for openvswitch?
Need to replace stock openvswitch module with the 2.5 version, but keep the same kernel.
Unable to modprobe or load kernel module in /lib/modules/$kernel/kernel/extra/openvswitch/*
Compiled new openvswitch module and spec file places it in kernel/extra/* folders, modprobe still always loads default Red Hat Enterprise Linux openvswitch.
