kernel panic happened at the time of boot after yum update.
Issue
- Kernel panic happened on our customer's system after updating packages with yum.
- This problem happened on two systems at the same time.

- In both systems, initrd file was re-created on 26 January.
- But kernel package was not be updated and it is unknown why the initrd file were re-created.
