Error while hitting SOAP Web Service from ruby through automate explorer in CFME UI

Issue

• It is desired to automate provisioning dual NIC on VM in VMWare.
• This requires a ruby script to invoke a SOAP Web service from automate explorer.
• To invoke a Soap API from ruby script, use of the Savon gem is required, which is a SOAP Client.
• But when using 'savon', an error is thrown:(Savon: Initialization Error)
• The Savon gem does not appear to be installed
