Clustat output gets truncated even when COLUMNS is set or output is not a TTY

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

Clustat output is formatted in columns with a fixed characer length, fields longer then that get truncated.

Expected behaviour would be that this comlumn length could be overwritten with the COLUMNS environment variable and will not be used if the output is not a TTY.

Unfortunately this is not the case. Clustat always truncates those fields. Which can break scripts which parse this output.
