How to define dependency to SCL package in normal package

Issue

  • I am trying to build a custom package with dependency to a SCL package, perl516-perl-BSD-Resource.
  • This custom package is not a SCL package.
  • I added the following line for dependency.
Requires:       %scl_require perl516-perl-BSD-Resource
  • But, I got the following error.
error: line 13: Dependency tokens must begin with alpha-numeric, '_' or '/': Requires:       %{_scl_prefix}/perl516-perl-BSD-Resource/enable, perl516-perl-BSD-Resource
