ipa trust-add fails with error "CIFS server configuration does not allow access to \\pipe\lsarpc"
Issue
While trying to configure the IPA/AD trust, you receive one of the errors below:
GUI:
IPA ERROR 4016: RemoteRetrieveError. CIFS server configuration does not allow access to \\pipe\lsarpc
CLI:
ipa: ERROR: CIFS server configuration does not allow access to \\pipe\lsarpc
Environment
- RHEL 7
- IPA v4
- Active Directory
