Cannot scale up a pod while a deployment is not completed
Issue
- When trying to scale below error is seen :
Cannot update deployment syseng-validation/hello-world-1 status to Pending: replicationcontrollers "hello-world-1" cannot be updated: the object has been modified; please apply your changes to the latest version and try again
