Subscription data not getting updated after candlepin modifies it

Issue

Hypervisors are added and have a subscribtion are not listed in the subscriptions page and also not in the API. But they are visible in the Activation-Key Add subscription page. So it seems like manual added subscriptions to hypervisors are not reindexed correctly to be visible in /susbcriptions page.
