How to change VNC console not to listen on all interface?
Issue
- VNC console (which apparently is exposed by the QEMU/KVM process running on compute nodes) is configured to listen by default on all interfaces.
- Exposing a VNC console over all interfaces, without proper encryption and authentication could be a security risk.

- Red Hat OpenStack Platform 7.3 (Kilo)
- Red Hat OpenStack Director 7.3
