Issue

Consecutive bind mounts are used to mount /data to /lvuser and /lvuser/home to /home
SElinux file contexts are set by using substitutions
semanage fcontext -a -e /home /data/home
semanage fcontext -a -e /data /lvuser
Each run of restorecon will relabel the files multiple times
