Why does a resource fail back in pacemaker if it has resource-stickiness set
Issue
My pacemaker resource fails back even though resource-stickiness is set to it.
Environment
- RHEL 6 with High Availability Add-On
- RHEL 7 with High Availability Add-On
- RHEL 8 with High Availability Add-On
- RHEL 9 with High Availability Add-On
- Pacemaker
