Why does the s390 installer prompt for network configuration when it already appears in the CMS CONF file?
Issue
- Networking information (hostname, IP address, subchannels, etc) is specified in CMS CONF file
- Installer still interactively prompts for networking information in 3270 console
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5.4 for System z (s390x)
- anaconda-11.1.2.195-1.s390x
- System z guest under z/VM or native LPAR
- 1 virtual CPU defined, and/or
- Less than 2 GB storage (memory) defined
