Red Hat Certificate System (RHCS) version 8 may prevent from creating TCP port forwarding rules for PKI sub-systems with an error similar to this example:
com.netscape.cms.servlet.filter.AgentRequestFilter: Use HTTPS port '9443' instead of '4443' when performing Agent tasks!
