How to enable http port to download the kickstart file on Capsule server?

Issue

I cannot provision Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 server with Capsule server.
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 installer doesn't support to download a kickstart file with https, but Capsule server serves it with https only by default.
Is there a way to make the Capsule server serve it with http?
