[Satellite6] capsule sync fails with ActionController::RoutingError in production.log

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • adding a new Capsule and trying to synchronize content to it
  • the sync failed quite silently, logging some ActionController::RoutingError to production.log on Satellite

Environment

  • Red Hat Satellite 6.1
  • Satellite having:
    • foreman-proxy-1.7.2.7-1
    • pulp-nodes-parent-2.6.0.17-1
  • the new Capsule having:
    • foreman-proxy-1.7.2.8-1
    • pulp-nodes-parent-2.6.0.21-1
