Need to Kill Failed Template export that is also hung in the DB
Issue
During an export of a template to the Export Storage Domain, the connection to the Export Domain went down for some reason.
The template still shows Locked and the following re-occurring error message in the Events Log:
Failed to complete copy of Template image1 to Domain newdomain1.
