Different memory consumption before and after restart of qpid broker
Issue
Running a simple test (sending durable messages via fanout exchange to multiple durable queues each and restarting qpid broker), we noticed qpid broker memory utilization blows up after the restart.
Why is it so? Can be the memory utilization aligned before and after restart? As there can be situations when the restart will fail due to insufficient memory, though previous run of the broker was without a problem.
