The instructions at SSL for Appliance Database do not appear to work When setting the following parameters server fails to start with error:

2016-05-31 11:45:54 GMT::574d7972.3939:@:[14649]:FATAL:  could not load server certificate file "/var/www/miq/vmdb/certs/server.cer": Permission denied
