Download error when fetching package from RHN Satellite 530 during kickstart
Issue
When kickstarting a new system the kickstart fails when attempting to fetch the first rpm (chkconfig):
Oct 23 11:51:02 192.168.93.56 INFO Preparing to install packages
Oct 23 11:51:02 192.168.93.56 WARNING Try 1/10 for http://satellite.example.com/ty/NGvrIEt8/Server/chkconfig-1.3.30.1-2.i386.rpm failed
Oct 23 11:51:03 192.168.93.56 WARNING Try 2/10 for http://satellite.example.com/ty/NGvrIEt8/Server/chkconfig-1.3.30.1-2.i386.rpm failed
this repeats for 10 attempts and then youu get
Oct 23 11:51:18 192.168.93.56 WARNING Failed to get http://satellite.example.com/ty/NGvrIEt8/Server/chkconfig-1.3.30.1-2.i386.rpm from mirror 1/1
