Dependency error when installing RHUA server

Issue

We saw a YUM update dependency resolving error when running "./install_RHUA.sh" as part of RHUI installation process.

           Requires: pulp-common = 0.0.263
Error: Package: pulp-0.0.263-45.el6.noarch (/pulp-0.0.263-45.el6.noarch)
           Requires: pulp-common = 0.0.263
 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
 You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

Failed to install packages.  Your system needs to be installed with the @Base set of packages.
