novnc console no longer works over SSL connections
Issue
After a package update on RHOSP 5.0, having SSL enabled on novnc no longer allows connections. Instead, the novnc processes appear as <defunct> in the process lists as soon as connections are attempted.
This happens whenever these options are set in nova.conf:
ssl_only=true
cert=<cert file>.crt
key=<key file>.pem
