RHEL: system crashes during "ip link" command after allocation failure in cnic module
Issue
- A gluster node suddenly rebooted itself. We found that kernel panic occurred.
- We tried to get the network working again by executing "ip link down"/"ip link up"/"ip link down" and the system crashed.
- kernel BUG at drivers/pci/msi.c:411!
