How do I configure cisco_ucs fencing options for RHEV-H 7 based hypervisors or RHEL 7 hosts in Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization?

Issue

  • With RHEL 7.x based hypervisors I haven't been able to successfully power fence a host. The same options work just fine on a RHEV-H 6.X hypervisor.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.5
  • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.6
  • RHEV-H 7.x version .iso hypervisors
  • RHEL 7.x host hypervisors
