Can not connect to Samba Share from Windows Client. It fails with an error message "The specified network name is no longer available"

Issue

  • RHEL client is able to connect to Samba Share by executing smbclient sharename -U username command. Issue is only with Windows Clients.

  • While trying to connect to Samba Share from Windows clients, it fails with an error message "The specified network name is no longer available".
